What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first session begins with a brief consultation to understand your goals, any areas of concern, and what you hope to achieve. From there, the session is tailored to your specific needs in a welcoming, comfortable environment.
Do I need to bring anything?
For massage sessions, everything you need is provided. Simply wear comfortable clothing and arrive ready to relax. For yoga classes, bring a mat if you have one, though mats are available if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Time is valuable so please be sure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of their service cost and no show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of their appointment.
Is mobile massage available in my area?
Mobile massage is available throughout the Asheville area. Contact directly to discuss your location and scheduling preferences.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made through the online booking system, or by cash, card, or digital payment at the time of your appointment.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount. They make wonderful gifts for anyone who deserves rest and renewal.
