I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness which has led me to pursue a career in massage therapy and yoga.

My dedication and love for yoga and massage compelled me to complete a 230-hour teacher training program at the Asheville Yoga Center in 2009 and a 675-hour program at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2013.

My yoga classes focus is an integrated blend of vinyasa flow, breath centered moving meditation, restorative and yin practices. My passion is to create a space for people to reconnect with themselves, deepen their awareness, and navigate the practice physically and mentally, on and off the mat.

In my massage therapy practice I utilize an integrative approach, including swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and thai yoga stretches. Different bodywork techniques are used with every massage to achieve a high-quality and nurturing experience. My intention is to assist the body into a place where it can recover from physical, mental and emotional stresses.  From the moment you are greeted my goal is to make you feel comfortable, meet your treatment goals and help guide you to live a more full and vibrant life.

I enjoy spending time in nature with my husband and two daughters who are 5 and 7. We love to travel, hike, ride bikes and spend quality time with our family and friends.
